Does VR training improve surgical proficiency?

An interesting paper from Clinical Orthopeadics and Related Research on the effectivness of virtual reality (VR) training. This newly published study examines surgical proficiency in orthopedic procedures with and without VR training. And it turns out that VR training helps — by quite a lot!
