The Ultrasound module includes procedural tasks and clinical cases for the training of the extended Focused Assessment with Sonography for Trauma (eFAST) examination as well as the Rapid Ultrasound for Shock and Hypotension Examination (RUSH). It enables training in the evaluation of free fluids in the peritoneal cavity as well as the pericardium and plural space after a traumatic injury in an extended educational environment.
