CIRSE Simulation Training Sessions

Welcome to the Simulation Gallery during CIRSE 2024 to practice interventional techniques and procedures under the guidance of expert instructors. Surgical Science has been an official parter of CIRSE hands-on simulation training sessions for over 15 years.

This popular series of training sessions is comprised of a 20-minute round-table discussion facilitated by experts in the field delivering key knowledge and practical tips, followed by one hour of hands-on experience using high-fidelity simulators. Session topics this year include Acute Stroke Intervention, Uterine Artery Embolization, and Prostatic Artery Embolization.
