Annual General Meeting SuS – 2026

The annual general meeting of Surgical Science Sweden AB (publ) will be held on May 21, 2026.

Shareholders wishing to have a matter considered by the meeting may request this in writing from the board. Such requests for matters to be addressed shall be submitted to Surgical Science Sweden AB (publ), Att: Chair of the board, Drakegatan 7A, SE-412 50 Gothenburg, Sweden and must be received by the board no later than seven weeks prior to the meeting and, in all instances, sufficiently early that the matter, if necessary, can be included in the notice convening the meeting.
