Surgical Science Announces Appointment of Linus Bergqvist as Chief Operating Officer

Surgical Science, a global leader in medical simulation training and software solutions, today announces the appointment of Linus Bergqvist as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective March 2, 2026.
In this role, Linus will be responsible for Surgical Science’s global operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, and customer delivery, contributing towards our vision of a world where all medical professionals have been trained and objectively certified in a safe and lifelike simulated environment.
Linus brings two decades of experience within manufacturing and supply chain, business process optimization, operational excellence and purchasing. He has a strong track record of scaling operations, improving efficiency and service levels, reducing production costs, and leading cross-functional teams in international environments.
Linus most recently comes from Delta Nordic, a company developing and manufacturing advanced electric and electronic systems solutions to the global market. Previously, Linus also held various leadership positions at Polarium, Axfood, NKT and Ericsson.
